Refund and Returns Policy
We have provided a pre-test service for our service for a nominal price of $1 for 24 hours
so that our customers who wish to benefit from our services and participate in our community can get a clear and realistic idea about the package that they will subscribe to.
This is in order to ensure customer satisfaction and also to ensure that the customer has a clear idea of the service and has an actual experience of it before subscribing.
All those wishing to participate in our community and enjoy our various packages can obtain a pre-test of our services for $1 for a period of 24 hours, which provides a real experience of our service to ensure providing a real way that enables the customer to discover all the components of the package before subscribing.

IF OUR CLIENTS DISCOVER ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PRE-TEST AND THE SUBSCRIPTION WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE,
THEN YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE FIRST 48 HOURS COUNTING FROM THE FIRST MINUTE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION, AFTER THE FIRST TWO DAYS WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND FOR THIS CASE
IF SOMEONE REQUESTS A REFUND AFTER PASSING MORE THAN HALF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND BUT BEFORE PASSING THE HALF PERIOD WE CAN REFUND AND GIVE MONEY BACK TO OUR CLIENT BUT WE GIVE ONLY THE REST OF THE MONEY.
FOR EXAMPLE :
You took from our site a full-year subscription
You can get your money back within the first six months only
Or within three months if you take six months
Or within a month if you take three months
There is no refund for those who took only one month
Suppose you wanted to request a refund before the specified dates
We deduct the price for the subscription period of use from the price you paid for the first time
For example, $10 a month
$20 for three months
$30 six months
If you subscribe to us for a full year, it will be $40
You canceled your subscription before the end of six months
The price for six months is $30
This means we’ll only give you $10 back
With permission to use the remaining six months of your own
Therefore, we do not return the money of the subscribers who took the experience. Because they will simply have known and discovered all the components of the package before purchasing it through the experience service
We also do not refund money to subscribers who have not pre-tested the service. This is because we have already provided a way to get to know our package before choosing the subscription period
We do not give refunds to customers who want to watch pornographic films, programs, pornographic content, and adult channels ( Read about it in our privacy policy )
